Ariadne checked in with Hades for a status report, letting him know that her presence was expected when the Celts were to meet that Wednesday. She also mentioned that Dionysus had shown little interest in controlling the maenads, despite her warning. Hades, after admitting some awkwardness with his relationships with both Aphrodite and Persephone, stated that he, too, had experienced a run-in with a maenad. Ariadne informed him that only Dionysus or a Greek authority higher than him could control the maenads, and that it did no good to try to kill them as it only destroyed the mortal vessel, but not the maenad spirit itself.

Medusa informed Apollo that Poseidon had come to see her--and the sun god immediately asked if she'd been hurt. She said no, and that he'd even apologized (sort of). Apollo didn't trust it. Medusa then said they needed to talk, and agreed to call him as soon as she felt up to the task.

Gawain called Ariadne, reminding her that he was flying in on Wednesday. She offered to let him stay with her during his visit, and he readily agreed.

Finally, Kali, now a famous boxer, joined the godlings, but without any memory of her divine self--thus being thoroughly confused by her invitation to the group and insisting that her days of "crazy" were behind her. Gawain, Arthur and Seth tried to explain things to her somewhat, unaware of her godly identity, and she dismissed them for the most part, although she was pleased to hear that Arthur's brother and Seth were big fans of hers.

For the other godlings, it was a normal day.
