Ariadne contacted Arthur to see if he had seen Gawain at all. Arthur informed her he hadn't, and expressed his fear that Gawain had dissappeared like Nimue before him. Ariadne offered to help in any way she could.

Bastet told the Norse that she had seen no sign of Loki whatsoever, indicating that he too was now among the disappeared. She revealed that Loki had a clue in the form of a poem, which she gave to the Norse in hope they can use it. Frigg, Sif, and Sigyn reflected on this turn of events.

Ariadne called for a staus report from the entire Greek pantheon on their progress in deciphering their clues. Triton told her of his belief that the trident was in Bermuda. Melpomene insisted on going with him; in turn, Triton told her that Poseidon and Chelsea were likely to join them. Asclepius explained that the clue he found may be indicating Mount Rainier. Hades explained that he had no leads at that time. He spoke with Ariadne and she expressed her worry that Gawain may be among the vanished. The two realized that the disappearances truly appeared random, and that there seemed no way of predicting them.

Gawain sent a Valentine's Day message to the women of the forum, wishing them all love and happiness. Several of them expressed their appreciation in return.

Melpomene, on the other hand, celebrated Valentine's in her own way-- or, as she referred to it, Break-up Day. Kali expressed her appreciation of the name. The two ended up discussing Melpomene's relationship with Apollo, who showed up not too long afterwards to affirm his feelings for the Muse.

Apollo took the time to send Valentine's gifts to his loved ones, including Asclepius and his children, his Muses, and Arthur.

Hades went to San Francisco to spend a romantic evening with Persephone. The two reflected on their second chance together and contemplated how things would turn out this time.
